For over 25 years, the Center for Urban Research, Education and Training (CURET), Inc. has reached thousands through educational programming. The agency continues to make an impact in a wide range of areas, including Adult Literacy and Numeracy to Employment with morning and evening classes four days a week; Citizenship and Civic Engagement classes; Health/Wellness, and Financial Literacy workshops; Summer Academic Enrichment and Recreation Programs for children in grades 1-9; Youth Leadership Development for boys ages 10-15, through CURET Boy Scouts Troop 1443; plus other programs and services of a cultural nature for adults, children, and families.
Underserved segments of the population seek out help from CURET, including the inflow of new arriving immigrants looking for a better life, access and the “know-how” about improving themselves and their families. Many have become engaged consumers, making informed decisions, changing their lives for the better, becoming contributors in their communities, and more broadly to their adopted “home away from home.”
As we continue to make a difference in the lives of adults, children, and families reach their goals, may we ask that you consider supporting CURET. Funds will be used to expand and enhance programs and services. CURET relies on the support of generous donors such as you.
CURET is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization; your donation is tax deductible to the full extent of the law. We thank you for your consideration of our request.
